The project is based on the creation of a mixed-use space (commercial + residential), welcoming and relaxed, promoting comfort and interaction among residents and visitors.

Situated within a 100m x 100m block, the proposal began with the division into 16 modules of approximately 18m x 18m, all sharing the same structural base.

Within each division, the cubes (lofts and shops) were arranged organically, creating a free-form layout that stimulates the creativity of residents and the surrounding community.
